Leda Franklin is an Authorised Master Trainer of the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®. She trained as a ballet in England and at the Dance Theatre of Harlem in New York City. She has worked with Juliu Horvath since 1985, and is one of the original certified instructors in GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®.
She now teaches and develops individual programs to a diverse clientele. Leda currently teachers: Gyrotonic, Gyrokinesis, Jump Stretch Board, GYROTONER®, Leg Extension Unit, Archway, The Ladder, Pre & Post Natal Applications and Gyrotonic Applications for Breast Cancer Survivors.
